Liverpool FC transfer news: Reds to speak with Bruno Fernandes’ agent

Correio da Manha (h/t Metro) claims that Liverpool will meet with Bruno Fernandes’ agent in London regarding a second proposal for the Sporting Lisbon star.

The 24-year-old had an excellent campaign for the Portuguese side and even broke into the national team. Fernandes won the Nations League with Portugal in the summer.

The report claims that Liverpool have submitted a £40million bid for Fernandes and will not increase that amount.

The report adds that Manchester United will also speak with Miguel Pinho, Fernandes’ agent, once he arrives in London. Tottenham are also interested in Fernandes, and the report claims that Liverpool could use one player in the deal for the Sporting star.

Camacho could be included in the deal

The report adds that the Reds will speak with Pinho and will revise their offer after including Rafa Camacho.

The former Sporting Lisbon star wants to return to Portugal and is in search of first-team football. Camacho did get some first-team minutes last season in the FA Cup and the Premier League, however, he mostly played as a right-back.
