Latest Liverpool news: Adam Bogdan posts emotional message as Liverpool contract ends
Hungarian goalkeeper Adam Bogdan posted an emotional message as his Liverpool contract came to an end.
The 31-year-old joined the Reds from Bolton Wanderers and made just a handful of starts over the years.
Bogdan was impressive for Bolton but didn’t have too many great games for Liverpool.
The Hungarian joined Wigan on loan for the 2016-17 season, but that didn’t work out well as he picked up a serious injury.
Bogdan did impress in the Scottish Premiership with Hibernian, as he played 25 games for the team last season.
Fans thank Bogdan for his services
The Brazilian also won the Golden Glove in his debut season and will look to improve in the upcoming campaign. The Reds also have some quality young keepers coming through the ranks, and it will be interesting to see if they are sent out on loan.
Bogdan was a thorough professional during his time here, and even though he didn’t play much, he had great things to say for the Reds.
Many Liverpool fans thanked the Hungarian for his services and wished him the best for the future.
