The tieup would also see Liverpool legends attend the Motor Show in China, the creation of limited edition club branded vehicles and a television commercial.

Liverpool have completed several sponsorship deals under FSG, and Billy Hogan, the club’s MD, was pleased with the new deal:

“As partners, we have brought some incredible opportunities to our fans and chances for them to get closer to the action. I’m looking forward to seeing what else we can achieve now that our focus becomes global.”

Michael Yang, the MD of SAIC Motor International Business, echoed Hogan’s comments and believed special experiences would be provided to fans across the globe.

Liverpool are one of the biggest clubs in the world, and it should come as no surprise that we are completing sponsorship deals.
