Liverpool FC transfer news: French and Belgian clubs interested in Kent
Sky Sports claims that French and Belgian clubs are interested in Liverpool’s Ryan Kent.
The 22-year-old spent last season at Scottish giants Rangers, and the report claims that the winger is keen to leave the European champions before 2nd September.
The European transfer window is still active and Kent is said to be open to another challenge, even though a move to Rangers is preferred (h/t Sky Sports).
Kent won the PFA Scotland Young Player of the Year last season as he helped Rangers to a decent campaign. The winger also picked up some cup experience as Rangers featured in the Europa League.
Liverpool set price for 22-year-old
The report adds that the Reds value the Englishman at around £7m and Jurgen Klopp would prefer a permanent move for Kent.
Rangers are facing a battle to land the Englishman and Steven Gerrard recently claimed that he was not giving up on landing the winger (h/t Sky Sports).
Kent isn’t a part of our plans despite doing well in the pre-season games. It would be best for all parties if we can sell him before 2nd September, and it will be interesting to see where he ends up.

A return to Ibrox would be great for the winger and hopefully, Liverpool get a decent amount from the sale of the 22-year-old in the summer.
