Latest Liverpool news: Duncan shares tweet after controversy but deletes post later
Liverpool starlet Bobby Duncan posted on Twitter after a controversial episode where his agent, Saif Rubie, levelled serious allegations against the club and Michael Edwards.
Rubie claimed that Duncan’s mental health was affected after the Reds rejected summer moves to Fiorentina, but the club moved swiftly to deny such allegations and claimed they would work with the player.
Duncan posted a simple message on Twitter but he removed the statement quickly. The Liverpool Echo reports that Duncan posted:
“I just want to play Football!”.

The Liverpool Echo adds that the 18-year-old had initially endorsed Rubie’s tweets against the club, had removed all images/links to the team and put up an all-black image.
Liverpool want to keep the player
Duncan was one of the stars for the youth team last season as he helped us win the FA Youth Cup.
