AS (h/t Metro) reports that Jurgen Klopp and Virgil van Dijk are targets for Real Madrid and Barcelona.
The two Spanish giants are keen on landing the Liverpool pair and have struggled to make a great start in La Liga.
Ernesto Valverde and Zinedine Zidane are under pressure to land a trophy this season, and a failure to do that could see them out of a job, according to the report.
The Reds are uninterested in letting Van Dijk or Klopp leave, and it would take an incredible offer from the Spanish giants for Liverpool to even consider the bid (h/t Metro).
Pair tied down to long-term deals
Virgil van Dijk only joined the Reds 20 months ago and has transformed the defence around. The 27-year-old agreed on a new deal earlier in the month, according to the report, and will be a Liverpool player until 2025.
Klopp has a deal until 2022 and has never made any remarks about leaving the club before the end of his contract.
Liverpool have started this season in incredible form, and it would be a major surprise if Klopp or Van Dijk is sold any time soon.
