Andy Robertson returns to Twitter after Napoli defeat
Andy Robertson didn’t have a great game in Liverpool’s 2-0 defeat to Napoli.
The Champions League holders were beaten on the opening night of the competition, with Robertson being at fault for the first goal.
The two teams were evenly matched in Naples, but Robbo gave away a penalty when Jose Callejon was brought down in the box.
Replays suggested that the Napoli star was going down before contact with Robbo, but the referee and VAR did not overturn the original decision. The Scot also had a role to play in the second goal and in the aftermath of the poor performance, he had deactivated his Twitter account (h/t Mirror).

The Scot is possibly the best left-back in the world but he could have one or two bad games in a season. His overall performance against Napoli was good, but his mistakes were magnified as it led to the goals.
The 25-year-old should be wary of the threat Chelsea possess as we travel to Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Frank Lampard’s Blues are playing some quality attacking football even if they couldn’t sign players in the summer, and Liverpool need to do all they can to keep a clean sheet.

Robbo will have a huge role in the attack and the defence. However, the Scot needs to be a little careful with some of his tackles.
