Thomas Muller wants to leave Bayern Munich in January
Bayern Munich star Thomas Muller wants to leave the Bundesliga giants in January, according to Sport Bild (h/t Liverpool Echo).
The 30-year-old has been incredible since breaking into the side in 2008 and has been a regular goalscorer for them too.
Muller is capable of playing in several positions in the attack and the midfield, and scored nine goals last season.

Christian Falk even claimed that Jurgen Klopp wanted to sign Muller back in 2017 (h/t Liverpool Echo). The German hasn’t been extremely prolific over the past three seasons, and it will be interesting to see if we make a move for the veteran.
A quality addition to the Reds?
The Bayern star would be an excellent addition to the Reds given his experience and versatility. Muller could play at the tip of the attack or can take up a role in midfield too.
The 30-year-old can also play out wide, but he doesn’t have the electric pace that Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah do.

Muller has scored 186 goals in 495 appearances from Bayern and could provide us with a boost in the January window. The German also has won eight Bundesliga titles during his spell with the Bavari
Klopp avoids making too many signings in January, but the experience of Muller could be great as Liverpool push for their first Premier League title.
