Trent Alexander-Arnold thanks Jurgen Klopp for his opportunities
Liverpool right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold is one of the best in the world and has improved considerably over the past two years.
The 21-year-old has become a regular for the England national side, and Jurgen Klopp has to be given credit for his development.

Trent was speaking to Sky Sports, where he thanked Klopp for all the opportunities given and highlighted how the German always wants to give young players a chance:
“Within his first few weeks he was down at the academy watching the young lads, and that almost gave us a bit more faith and gave a statement to the club that he is going to use young players and give us those chances.”
Klopp willing to experiment with youth
The Liverpool defender certainly took the chances presented to him and has also worked a lot on his game.
Our manager has also seen Joe Gomez improve leaps and bounds during his tenure at the club, while we have several other youngsters coming through the ranks.

Jordon Ibe, Dominic Solanke and Ben Woodburn were all given chances to impress, but they couldn’t take them. However, the likes of Ki-Jana Hoever, Rhian Brewster and Harvey Elliott all seem set to make a mark in the first-team.
The trio impressed in the Carabao Cup win over MK Dons, and it will be interesting to see if Klopp provides them playing time in the Premier League this season.
