Liverpool need to pay £120million for England winger Jadon Sancho
Jadon Sancho has been excellent for Borussia Dortmund since joining them from Manchester City.
The 19-year-old scored 12 goals and provided 14 assists in the Bundesliga last season, and is a regular for the England national team too.
Sancho has three goals and five assists in the league this season and played the entire 90 in England’s 7-0 win over Montenegro recently too.
The Liverpool Echo claims that the Reds have been linked with the teenager while Manchester United are also interested.
Sancho also wants a move away from Dortmund and the Bundesliga giants are planning for his exit (h/t Liverpool Echo).
However, the winger won’t leave on the cheap and Bild claims that Dortmund want £120m for the 19-year-old (h/t Liverpool Echo).
Dortmund made a decent sum by selling Ousmane Dembele to Barcelona, but this fee would usurp the £96.8m the Catalans paid in 2017 (h/t Liverpool Echo).
Where will Sancho end up?
The winger has a lot of potential and will only improve in the coming years.
It is going to be an interesting summer for Dortmund and the winger. Liverpool are possibly the best in the Premier League and are the holders of the Champions League.
We are in a great position in the league too while Manchester United are struggling for consistent wins.
Moving to the Reds will offer him a chance at the top prizes, however, he faces immense competition for places thanks to the presence of Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane.
