Paris Saint-Germain interested in Liverpool midfielder Adam Lallana
Paris Saint-Germain are interested in Liverpool midfielder Adam Lallana, according to the Mirror.
The 31-year-old is a free agent at the end of the season and has only featured in seven games in all competitions.
Lallana did score an important equaliser against Manchester United a few weeks ago. However, the former Southampton star has struggled with injuries over the past two years.
The 31-year-old also faces a lot of competition for places in the Liverpool starting XI and has also been linked with moves to China and the MLS (h/t Mirror).
The former Saint earns £7million-a-season at Anfield but PSG have an opening, thanks to the expected departure of a star (h/t Mirror).
Lallana to replace South American at PSG?
Edinson Cavani has been lethal at PSG but could be on the move to the LA Galaxy (h/t Mirror).
The Uruguayan hitman is seen as a replacement for Zlatan Ibrahimovic (h/t Mirror) and it will be interesting to see if his move triggers others too. Lallana leaving on a free at the end of the season won’t hurt the Reds much.
Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain have done a decent job this season, with the Ox also scoring four goals in all competitions.
Jordan Henderson, James Milner, Fabinho and Georginio Wijnaldum are the players rotated for the first-team midfield slots.
