Liverpool dealt La Liga blow in Jadon Sancho chase
Jadon Sancho is interested in a move to Real Madrid or Barcelona, according to the Times (h/t Daily Star).
The 19-year-old took the Bundesliga by storm after leaving Manchester City for Borussia Dortmund.
However, this season hasn’t been great for the winger with Dortmund dropping him and fining him related to certain issues.
The report claims that Sancho’s decision to target La Liga comes as a blow to Liverpool and Manchester United.
Sancho feels he has been made as a scapegoat for the recent problems at the club and several clubs are interested in his services (h/t Daily Star).
Other giants keen on Sancho
Apart from the La Liga pair, Paris Saint-Germain are also keen on the 19-year-old (h/t Daily Star).
The youngster was one of the better players for Dortmund in their loss to Barcelona last night. Sancho scored at the Nou Camp but his side still lost 3-1 to the Catalans.
Dortmund still have a chance to qualify for the next round of the Champions League but that depends on Inter Milan’s result against Barcelona in the final group game.
Sancho has still managed four goals and six assists in the Bundesliga this season as Dortmund lie sixth but are five points off the top.
