Liverpool interested in young RB Salzburg striker Karim Adeyemi
Liverpool are one of three clubs interested in RB Salzburg youngster Karim Adeyemi, according to Sport (h/t Express).
The 17-year-old forward is on loan at another Austrian side, FC Liefering, and has done a great job at the club.
The U17 Germany forward is also being tracked by Barcelona while Arsenal are keeping tabs on him too (h/t Express).
Salzburg signed the youngster for €3.5million in the summer and would want close to €8m from the clubs interested in him (h/t Express).
Training with Salzburg
The report claims that the youngster is training with Salzburg but is playing for his new club too.
Adeyemi has also played for RB Salzburg in the UEFA Youth League and Barcelona academy director Patrick Kluivert is a fan of the youngster (h/t Express).
It will be interesting to see where Adeyemi could end up in the coming transfer windows though.
The youngster is the next big German talent, it seems, and his next move will have a huge role to play in his development.
Sticking with Salzburg might give him a better chance of playing first-team football. However, Jurgen Klopp has handed chances to youngsters in the past and joining the German wouldn’t be a bad option too.
