Liverpool will not pay £120m for Sancho according to Graeme Kelly
According to Graeme Kelly, Liverpool will not pay over the odds for Jadon Sancho.
Sancho has been in prolific form for Dortmund this season, having scored 18 goals and 5 assists in 23 appearances. (h/t Whoscored)
With such impressive stats, it’d be a surprise if Liverpool aren’t being touted as a possible destination for the English wonder kid.
Tweeting about the matter, Graeme Kelly believes that the Reds will not pay anything close to that sum.
This comes off the back of the news that Premier League rivals Chelsea are the front runners for Sancho’s signature (h/t Daily Mail).
With the Blues no longer banned from signing players, Sancho would represent the best bet for the club to build their next team around.
With Chelsea lacking a talisman in attack since the departure of Eden Hazard – and with Pedro and Willian not getting any older – Sancho could play a much more central role in the Chelsea team when compared to Liverpool.

The Liverpool front three are all in their prime but in 3-4 seasons, Jurgen Klopp will have to rebuild.
With the Liverpool manager saying that he intends to leave the club in a good position when he decides to move on (h/t Guardian), signing an elite attacker like Sancho would send out a strong statement.
