Jadon Sancho could leave Dortmund in the summer with Liverpool keen
Journalist Jab Aage Fjortoft has tweeted that in-demand attacker Jadon Sancho could leave Borussia Dortmund in the summer transfer window.
The 19-year-old has played 27 times for Dortmund this time and has scored 15 goals and 14 assists across all competitions.
The English international is playing a starring role for Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga. He recently became the first player to score 25 goals in the German top-flight before his 20th birthday. He reached this landmark with his goal against Union Berlin on Saturday. (h/t Bundesliga)
The youngster has taken the Bundesliga by storm since making the move to Germany in 2017 and has scored 29 goals for Dortmund in 89 appearances since. (h/t Whoscored)
The reporter goes on to claim that Liverpool remain keen on securing the player in the summer transfer window. The price, however, could be a point of contention, with Dortmund valuing Sancho at £126million.
Jurgen Klopp recently admitted that Liverpool are open to making signings in the summer but only for the right player. (h/t Liverpool Echo)
Liverpool will have to bid considerably higher than the record fee they paid for Virgil van Dijk to secure Sancho. Klopp has always advocated against overpaying for players and it remains to be seen if the clubs can come to an agreement.

Sancho is one of the brightest young talents in world football and will be a brilliant addition to any team. Adding him to an already potent Liverpool attack will give Klopp more options apart from adding an extra dimension to the Reds front line.
