Harvey Elliott to remain at Liverpool next season
According to Lancs Live, Liverpool starlet Harvey Elliott could remain at the club next season. The forward returned from his loan spell at Blackburn Rovers and will now be expected to play some part in the side over the next season.
The 17-year-old Elliott started his youth career at QPR before moving to Fulham. He made his debut for Fulham in 2018 in an EFL Cup tie against Millwall. The player was just 15 at the time. In May 2019, he became the youngest ever player to play in the Premier League when he came on as a substitute against Wolves.
Since joining Liverpool, Elliott has featured in the occasional few games. Last season, he was allowed to leave on loan to Blackburn. The English starlet enjoyed a good campaign in the Championship with seven goals and 11 assists.
Now, it seems Jurgen Klopp and his backroom staff are keen on keeping the player at the club for the coming season. They have high hopes for him and want to check his progress over the pre-season. After that, he will be expected to play some part with the side over the season.

Harvey Elliott has developed well in his time at Blackburn. He was their main source of attack in the Championship. Liverpool are making the right decision in keeping Elliott for the next season. He can attack that extra bit to the side and with all the injuries faced last season, another man would surely be a welcome addition.
