Transfer News: Raphinha not on the radar of Liverpool
According to transfer news from Daily Star, it is understood that Raphinha is not a target for Liverpool. Mohamed Salah is expected to continue in that position and Liverpool might look to sign players in other positions.
The Brazilian forward has had a great year at Elland Road, which saw Leeds United impress in the Premier League. He was signed by Marcelo Bielsa last summer from Stade Rennais and has since mesmerized the Leeds fans. With 8 goals and 11 assists this past season, Raphinha has caught the eyeballs of some of the biggest clubs in Europe.
Raphinha has done fantastically for Leeds this season and has been one of their chief threats. His eye for a pass, those tricks, flicks and dribbles, with everything he has done, he has managed to catch the eye of sides like Liverpool.
While that was assumed to be the case, it seems like Liverpool are unlikely to go after the Brazilian. Mo Salah is clearly the undisputed choice on the right flank where Raphinha predominantly features. Liverpool, now, could look to strengthen other areas of the squad.

Adding Raphinha could have been a good decision by Liverpool. With the likes of Firmino and Mane not enjoying the best of seasons at the club, it makes sense to bolster the frontline. The 24-year-old is a player entering his prime years.
Add to that, he already has Premier League experience and would not need much time to adjust to the surroundings at Anfield.
