Transfer News: Liverpool want to sign Eduardo Camavinga
According to transfer news from 90min (h/t Mirror), Liverpool have put themselves in the running for Eduardo Camavinga. Jurgen Klopp is keen to bring the Rennes starlet to the club and it is understood that an offer of £30m could be enough to sign him. Several other top sides such as Real Madrid, PSG, Chelsea and Manchester United are also after the Frenchman.
It’s not often that a teenager makes such huge waves in football that the world’s leading clubs stand up and take notice. Eduardo Camavinga has done that and more. At the tender age of 16, he was given the chance to show his skills and not many can say Rennes did anything wrong there.
Initially, it was expected that Camavinga would be heading to our rivals Manchester United due to a possible departure of Paul Pogba. However, none of that has materialized in any way and things have gone rather dormant. That still has not stopped other sides from keeping an eye on the young Frenchman.
Liverpool and Klopp have shown a certain degree of interest in bringing Camavinga to Anfield. A deal could be possible at around £30m but the Reds might need to hurry as the likes of Chelsea, PSG and Real Madrid are also after him.

It’s still hard to say how much Liverpool will miss Gini Wijnaldum this season. After all, he was an industrious presence in the side. Liverpool can make up for that with the signing of Camavinga.
