“I saw the long ball, I know how fast Darwin is and I know how good he is, so I knew he was going to get something on that ball. So I just got into the box, the ball came and I just scored.”

Bajcetic’s comments certainly show humility and maturity in the player who took the decision of moving from Spain to England very early on and the decision is certainly paying off.

While getting used to the intensity of English football by getting minutes with the reserve team, Bajcetic just had to wait for his chance. He rightly did so and grabbed the opportunity with both hands, staking a claim for a position in the starting eleven.
