Liverpool need to target Declan Rice and Moises Caicedo according to Emmanuel Petit
Two top names among the multiple midfielders linked with a move to Liverpool include Declan Rice and Moises Caicedo. Rice has proven himself in the Premier League for longer, while Caicedo is starting to establish himself as a reputable player in the English top tier.
Alongside Jude Bellingham, Rice and Caicedo are often the top players who often find themselves in a report linking them with a move to Merseyside.
