Liverpool in ‘pole position’ for Teun Koopmeiners
Liverpool are gearing up for a busy summer transfer window, as they aim to bolster their midfield ranks ahead of the upcoming season. Koopmeiners has had an impressive season with Atalanta so far, featuring in 25 games across all competitions and scoring six goals plus three assists and was fantastic in the World Cup for the Netherlands as well. His performances have caught the attention of several top clubs, including Liverpool, who are in need of midfield reinforcements.
Koopmeiners to the Reds?
Liverpool have been hit hard by injuries in recent seasons, particularly in midfield. With Jordan Henderson and Fabinho also not at their best, Klopp would be keen to add some depth to his midfield options.
