“We’ve bought one new player [Alexis Mac Allister] and there will be more to come. It’s about making sure, with respect to them, that I am better. It’s healthy competition, it’s what you want.”

It is also worth noting that he mentioned that ‘there will be more to come’, so Liverpool fans can look forward to more quality additions in central midfield.
