Liverpool’s August and September now looks different due to fixture reshuffle

Fixture Changes as Liverpool see rescheduled August and September

There has been a change in the fixtures list as Liverpool FC’s Premier League matches in August and September have undergone a few changes as per an announcement on the club’s official website. Five matches have undergone changes and here are the details of these five games.

Firstly, Liverpool’s away clash against Newcastle United will now take place on Sunday, August 27, at 4:30 PM. This match will be broadcast live on Sky Sports in the UK.

Next up, the Reds will face Aston Villa at home on Sunday, September 3, with kick-off scheduled for 2 PM. An afternoon fixture at Anfield is certainly a special occasion, as always.

Fixture Changes as Liverpool see rescheduled August and September.

On Saturday, September 16, the Merseysiders will hit the road to face Wolverhampton Wanderers. The match kicks off at 12.30 PM on TNT Sports in the United Kingdom, offering fans the chance to follow the game from the comfort of their homes.

Liverpool’s clash with West Ham United at Anfield is on Sunday, September 24, starting at 2 PM.

Lastly, Liverpool’s away encounter with Tottenham Hotspur stands scheduled for Saturday, September 30, with kick-off at 5.30 PM.

It’s important to remember that all kick-off times are in BST.

The club’s updated 2023-24 fixture list always remains available here and is updated on a regular basis subject to European Competition fixtures and date changes due to cup ties as well.

The team’s pursuit of success continues, and these rescheduled matches will play a crucial role in their journey. Nevertheless, we should prepare for the season ahead as if we will keep playing twice every week.

We have to have proper reinforcements all over the pitch because injuries and a lack of world-class players on the bench have been the major cause of our decline in the past few years. Yes, we won two trophies in the 2021-22 season, but signs were there that the team needed refreshing.
