Liverpool’s transfer interest in Andre Trindade ‘real’

Liverpool FC’s quest for midfield reinforcements continues as the Reds see themselves linked with Andre Trindade of Fluminese.

According to Portuguese football reporter Pedro Sepúlveda, Liverpool’s interest in Andre is “real”. The 22-year-old Brazilian also sees himself linked with a move to Sporting CP.

However, the Portuguese outfit do not want to add to their roster anymore, giving the Reds a slight boost in their pursuit of the player.

The financial landscape of this potential deal comes into focus as well. Fluminense’s asking price of over €20m underscores the value they place on Andre’s talents. 

While Liverpool’s interest is undeniable, the intricacies of negotiations and the economics of the transfer market add layers of complexity. Having said that, Jurgen Klopp and his side have still not put a formal proposal on the table to sign the player.
