The primary reason cited is Klopp’s belief that the winger may not be an “important” part of his plans and might not “improve the level” of the attacking options already present within the squad.

While the prospect of Raphinha joining Liverpool had generated excitement among fans, Klopp’s strategic approach to squad building involves a careful evaluation of each potential addition. The decision not to pursue Raphinha could indicate Klopp’s confidence in the current attacking options at the club.
