Nunez registered two assists and Gakpo scored the winning goal for the Reds to complete the 2-1 comeback victory. The Fulham victory marked the seventh time Liverpool won a game after conceding first, in all competitions.

Stat-based site OptaJoe utilized platform X to unveil that Liverpool’s substitutes have played a role in 30 goals this season. They have produced 15 goals and provided 15 assists after coming on, 12 more than any other Premier League club.

Darwin has been the most productive player from the bench with three goals and four assists in all competitions. This season, no other player from a Premier League side has produced more numbers than Nunez.

Klopp revamped his squad during the summer transfer window with many long-serving players departing the club. The 56-year-old signed numerous midfielders after already adding multiple attackers in the previous transfer windows.

The German dubbed his new-look squad “Liverpool 2.0” and he has shown a variety of tactical deployments this season. The Reds have shown fluidity in attack and control while building a formidable defensive unit at the back.

They have struggled with a lack of composure in front of goals and lapses in concentration during the defensive phases. Klopp’s astute substitutions in the second half have effectively addressed and solved this problem thus far.

The Liverpool boss has built a strong team chemistry and togetherness within his squad with players understanding their tactical requirements. While the Kopites appreciate Klopp‘s occasional display of tactical brilliance, they hope he reduces these small vulnerabilities.
