Manchester City and Liverpool are now in another race. Not a title race, a transfer one this time. Both clubs could potentially engage in a bidding war to sign Bayern Munich star Joshua Kimmich.

The German international’s future at Bayern has certainly come under scrutiny, and both Premier League giants remain keen on securing his services come the summer transfer window.

The interest in Kimmich comes amid reports of Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel looking to strengthen the midfield, creating speculation about the 28-year-old’s future at the Allianz Arena.
