The 21-year-old finished the whole 120 minutes in the Carabao Cup final against Chelsea, displaying incredible stamina with his qualities. Elliott has made 51 appearances in all competitions, contributing with four goals and nine assists for Liverpool this season.

The young Englishman has displayed incredible technique and flair on possession, playing mostly at the right side of the midfield. Elliott has gradually built consistency into his game, becoming a constant threat for the opponents with his creativity and shooting.

Slot has used a 4-3-3 formation at Feyenoord which deploys a narrow attacking wingers alongside a number 10, right behind the main forward. While the philosophy and style match Klopp’s, the tactics could be the exact thing which would help Elliott thrive and become more productive next season.
