Liverpool have been looking to bring in some highly acclaimed players in the upcoming 2025 transfer intervals as chiefs at Anfield Stadium look to back Arne Slot, with the new head coach using a side inherited from his predecessor Jurgen Klopp; and the Merseyside Reds have been looking to sign Wolves defensive sensation Rayan Ait-Nouri in a cut-price deal.
Arne Slot & Co. have been looking to revamp their defence, and the left full-back position seems to be a position that the Reds are keen to bolster given how Andy Robertson has run his race given how he has been grinding up and down the field for several seasons. While the Scotland international remains an important part of the squad at Kirkby, there have been ageing concerns, and Liverpool are set to move for Rayan Ait-Nouri, who has been taking strides since moving to Wolves about four years ago.
Ait-Nouri could join Liverpool for ‘cut-price’ fee
The French-born Algerian international has featured in over 100 games in the English top tier and has made a name for himself as he is considered one of the hottest full-back prospects in the Premier League at the moment.
The 23-year-old’s contract with his current employers comes due at the end of the 2025/26 season, and he doesn’t appear keen on extending his stay at Molineux Stadium with a preference to rather move to a bigger club, and Liverpool could be a destination of preference as the Reds look to land the player in a ‘cut-price’ deal, per Football Insider.
