Christian Pulisic had arrived at Chelsea as one of the most exciting youngsters in European football on the back of a big-money move and amid interest front many big-name European clubs. When he left London four years later, he was widely considered as a player who, by and large, did not work out for the West London club the way they had hoped.
Now, the USMNT captain seems to have found his groove in Italy, which means the big-name clubs are about to come calling again, though his current employers are ready.
Christian Pulisic linked with Liverpool, AC Milan keen on extension

As reported by Calciomercato, further relayed by Goal, AC Milan are keen to extend the contract of their American forward Christian Pulisic amid interest from Liverpool.
The 26-year-old has been able to regain his reputation as a top-level operator in European football after his middling Chelsea stint in his one-and-half seasons at San Siro.
With nearly 50 goal contributions in just over 80 appearances for the Rossoneri, the US international has already surpassed his numbers from his time at Stamford Bridge. He represented the Blues 145 times. (Source: Transfermarkt)
Milan are confident they’ll be able to extend Pulisic’s contract, currently set to run until June 2027, by two more years. The new contract would make him one of the highest earners at the club.
TKT Opinion
Liverpool pursuing a wide forward who putting up promising numbers in Italy after an underwhelming stint with Chelsea? We have heard this song before.
Given their recent links with the likes of Rayan Cherki and Brahim Diaz, it is clear Liverpool are pursuit a forward/attacking midfielder who can play centrally and out wide. Pulisic, given his age and experience, would be a signing expected to slot into the starting XI right away and start delivering the goods from the word go.
Liverpool’s track record, as hinted above with the Mo Salah analogy, warrants them the benefit of the doubt. If a bargain agreement can be reached to lure Pulisic back to the Premier League, they should go for it.
