Liverpool target Abdulkadir Omur is open to leaving Trabzonspor but wants to do well with his current team.
The 19-year-old has been linked with a £27million (h/t Mirror) switch to Anfield and is highly rated in his native. The Turk can play on either wing or as a central attacking midfielder, and told CNN Turk (h/t Mirror):
“Liverpool is a very important club, but the most important thing is Trabzonspor’s interests.
“If my club tell me that I can go, I’ll go and if they tell me to stay, I’ll stay. We will see.”
The youngster added that his dream is to play in Europe.
“My priority is Trabzonspor but I have a dream of playing in Europe. I hope I play there one day. My dream is to succeed here and then go to Europe.”
The Reds made several signings in the summer and have climbed to the top of the Premier League standings. However, our lead was cut short to four points after Manchester City’s win on Thursday.
Liverpool could do with some additional firepower for the second half of the campaign, and it will be interesting to see if we press on with a move for Omur in the winter window.
Jurgen Klopp freed up some space in the first-team by selling Dominic Solanke to Bournemouth, and we even saw Nathaniel Clyne leave on loan.

The right players coming into the team in January could make the difference between Premier League glory and missing out on the title, and hopefully, Omur could be the spark that takes us to the next level.
