Kai Havertz to discuss transfer with Germany coach Joachim Low
Kai Havertz is one of Germany’s brightest talents and scored in their 2-2 draw with Argentina.
The Bayer Leverkusen star is only 20 but scored 20 goals for the Bundesliga giants last season. Havertz is excellent in the final third of the pitch and is a target for Liverpool, according to Metro.
Manchester United and Real Madrid are also keen on the 20-year-old while Jurgen Klopp admires the midfielder (h/t Metro).
The German attacker seems ready to discuss his future, but will pay attention to what Joachim Low says (h/t Metro):
“I listen to many people but in the end it will be my decision.
“I will embrace any advice Low will give me because he has a lot experience – it wouldn’t be smart to not listen to him.”
Havertz has become a regular in the German national side under Low, and he is set for another great campaign for club and country.
Liverpool to move for Havertz?
The youngster would be an excellent addition to this Liverpool team but many other clubs are keen on the 20-year-old. Havertz would provide us with an additional attacking dimension in the side but there is no guarantee of a starting place under Klopp.
We have a fantastic system under the manager and play with three midfielders who do a lot of running. That doesn’t leave a lot of room for creativity, with our front three doing most of the damage to the opposition.

Klopp, however, has tweaked his system at Anfield, and it will be interesting to see if he makes room for a creative element in the midfield.
