Besiktas want to cancel Loris Karius’ deal and send him back to Liverpool
Turkish giants Besiktas want to end Loris Karius’ loan deal and send him back to Liverpool in January, according to Takvim (h/t Daily Mail).
The German joined Besiktas on a two-year deal last season after Alisson was signed from AS Roma.
Karius has had a tough time in Turkey, with his performances strewn with major errors. The former Mainz keeper hasn’t been great this season and his club want to sign Fabri from Fulham (h/t Daily Mail).
The 26-year-old Karius could return in January, but he would be down the pecking order at Anfield.
Adrian starring for the Reds
Liverpool signed Adrian on short notice after Simon Mignolet left for Club Brugge.
The Spaniard was a free agent after being released by West Ham but Adrian has done a great job since joining us.
The keeper replaced Alisson on the first day of the season and helped us win the UEFA Super Cup too.
Adrian has been impressive in goal and was recently replaced in the starting XI by the returning Alisson.
Karius would be the third choice should he stay at Liverpool after the January window, however, sending him out to another club would be the best option.
