Liverpool join race for Atalanta midfielder Dejan Kulusevski
Atalanta midfielder Dejan Kulusevski is a target for several clubs, according to Gazzetta dello Sport (h/t Calciomercato).
The 19-year-old is on loan at Parma and has impressed in the Serie A this season. The Swedish midfielder has 3 goals and 5 assists this campaign.
The youngster has also played for the Sweden national team and has mostly featured as a midfielder.
Kulusevski has featured on the right wing this season too, and it will be interesting to see where he might move.
The report claims Liverpool are keen on the teenager but face competition from Juventus and Inter Milan.
Kulusevski won’t come on the cheap as his valuation is €40m and that could rise if he keeps on impressing (h/t Calciomercato).
The report adds that Inter are ready to make a move in the January window to beat competition from other clubs.
Liverpool need to be smart in the winter window
The Reds hold a 11-point lead over Manchester City in the Premier League but have a crazy schedule ahead.
Liverpool play once every three days for a couple of months and could do with some fresh faces in January.
Fabinho is also out until the New Year, but we have some options in the team who can slot into that place.
