His performances for Bournemouth have seen the 22-year-old’s stock rise further after a successful spell at Championship side Derby County last season.

Wilson’s performances have not escaped the notice of Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers, who watched the youngster progress through the youth ranks during his time at Liverpool.

When asked about his interest in Wilson, Rodgers was diplomatic in his response. (h/t Sky News)

“I know Harry very well. He’s a fantastic talent. I don’t speculate or gossip on other players, especially other players from other teams.”

Sources close to the Welsh winger have dismissed any notion of the player wanting out as he strives to be a success on Merseyside. (h/t Wales Online)

Wilson is currently at Liverpool for rehabilitation as he recovers from a strange leg injury that has kept him out of action for two weeks in December.

Wilson is Bournemouth’s top scorer this season with 6 goals.
