Dua Lipa sends a message to Liverpool fans ahead of City tour

English singer Dua Lipa has sent a special message to Liverpool fans ahead of her return to the City this year, according to Liverpool FC.

The 24-year-old chart-topping singer performed at the Champions League final in Kyiv in 2018. She was given a warm welcome by the Liverpool fans gathered at the Olimpiyskiy Stadium.

Although it turned out to be a bad night for the Reds, the singer was honoured by the receptions she received. She described seeing the video of all the Liverpool fans chanting along to ‘One Kiss’ as one of the highlights of the night.

“I felt very honored. I had never played a show of that size before. I don’t think I have since!”

Dua admitted that she was nervous before the game and it was the adrenaline that got her through the curtain-raiser for the biggest game in European club football.
