Conor Bradley signs new long-term contract with Liverpool
Liverpool right-back Conor Bradley has committed his future to the club by signing a new long-term contract, extending his association with the Reds. The Northern Ireland international, who initially joined Liverpool in September 2019 from Dungannon United, has steadily progressed through the ranks, showcasing his potential along the way.
Bradley’s journey took a significant step forward when he made his senior debut against Norwich City in the Carabao Cup in September 2021. Since then, the full-back has accumulated six competitive appearances for Liverpool and earned 13 caps for his national team, highlighting his growing influence both at the club and international levels.
A product of Liverpool’s Academy, Bradley’s dedication to his craft was evident when he spent the entirety of the 2022-23 season on loan with Bolton Wanderers in League One. His loan spell was nothing short of remarkable, contributing seven goals and six assists in 53 appearances. Bradley played a crucial role in helping Bolton secure the EFL Trophy at Wembley.
Upon returning to Liverpool in the summer, Bradley faced an initial setback due to injury, but he marked his comeback as a substitute in the Europa League victory over LASK. Now that he has put pen to paper on a new deal, the 20-year-old now has the opportunity to learn and develop under the guidance of Liverpool’s vice-captain and academy graduate, Trent Alexander-Arnold.
