Adidas could be taking over the Liverpool Deal from Nike
After four years of collaboration, Liverpool and Nike could part ways. Nike’s contract, which expires at the end of the season, is reportedly unlikely to be renewed.
With Nike’s potential departure, German brand Adidas is expected to return to Merseyside. According to the Liverpool Echo, the new deal could be worth around £900 million. When the current Nike contract ends, Sport Business indicated that Liverpool will sign a five-year deal with Adidas.

This wouldn’t be the first time Liverpool have been adorned with the famous three stripes. Adidas first partnered with Liverpool in 1992, with that deal lasting four years. They returned to supply the Reds’ kits for the 2006 season. If this deal materializes, it will mark the third time Adidas and Liverpool have joined forces, likely beginning in the 2025 season.
Currently, Liverpool earn around £60 million per season from their Nike deal, according to the Echo. The club will undoubtedly aim to increase those figures with the new agreement as they continue to evolve on and off the pitch.
