Roberto Firmino scored the winning goal in an enthralling encounter against Paris Saint-Germain. Liverpool led 2-0 but were pegged back to 2-2 in the 83rd minute.
The Brazilian didn’t start the game but produced the telling moment in the 91st minute. Anfield went wild after the game and Firmino had another brilliant celebration in the spur of the moment.
The attacker covered his left eye after beating the PSG keeper. This could have been in reference to the eye injury he picked up against Tottenham last weekend.
Jan Vertonghen poked the Brazilian but it didn’t matter as we beat Tottenham and did the same to PSG too.
Firmino has had a number of celebrations in recent years such as “shooting the gun”, “kung-fu kicks” and taking his shirt off and getting yellow carded.
Jurgen Klopp also got into the act as he copied Firmino’s latest celebration during the post-match interviews and a number of fans reacted to the boss doing this bit.
