Media in Liverpool seems to think that Ignacio Camacho is about to join Anfield in the summer. Earlier it was reported by ReadLiverpoolFC.com that the player has visited the Liverpool training center, Melwood.
However the Spanish media is of another opinion and says that the player was present on the training ground in Spain on the day mentioned and it is not possible that he would have traveled back and forth from Spain to England. In a funny event Liverpool Echo again had reported something similar where the publication said the player is set to join for a fee less than £7 million but La Opinion de Malaga says that the club will not sell the player for anything less than his release clause, i.e. £15.7 million.
The player’s 45% rights are owned by an investment company and definitely the purchase is not going to be less than £7m for Liverpool. But we are thoroughly enjoying the argument between Liverpool and Malaga media.
