Christian Benteke has failed miserably to impress Jurgen Klopp after his big-money move in the summer and as per reports from Calciomercato the player is nearing his exit and about to join Juventus in the coming transfer window.
The player made a move to Anfield for £32.5 million after two fantastic seasons at Aston Villa. He was expected to create the same amount of havoc that he had created when he was a regular at Villa park. However the big Belgian has found it difficult to hold down a spot at Liverpool and neither Brendan Rogers nor Jurgen Klopp has been really impressed by his show.
After managing just 8 goals this season the player has fallen down the pecking order and Sturridge and Origi are above him in terms of striker priority. Juventus are said to be interested in the player and the move could be a welcome for both the player and the club as Liverpool look rebuild their squad to challenge for major trophies in the upcoming season.
