3 things We Would Like To See In The Last Five Games

The Premiere league approaches its finale as the battle for the top four intensifies. Liverpool have five games remaining and the fans are expecting a top four finish. Klopp’s side has been in very good form in the last few games and if this form continues, the Reds might just go ahead and surprise the fans with a good finish to the season. The Kopites are anticipating an exciting finale to this topsy-turvy season and Jurgen Klopp will definitely urge his players to give their best shot. Here are the three things that we would like to see from the team in the last six games.

18 points

It would be highly ambitious to expect all 18 points from the remaining games but considering the form that Klopp’s men have produced and the line-up of the opponents, getting those points is definitely not impossible. Liverpool are battling hard for the European spot and these six games will play a major role in deciding their fate for the next season. If the Reds manage to get maximum points, a European spot will definitely be on the cards.

No more injuries

Liverpool have had a lot of injury troubles throughout the season and just when their key players returned back to the line-up with recoveries, the midfield was shaken with injuries to both Emre Can and Jordan Henderson. Liverpool are still in contention for the Europa league trophy with a semifinal against Villareal and the last thing that Jurgen Klopp wants is an injury. Liverpool have had injury woes for most of the season and in the ultimate stage of the premiere league, just when their key players were making a comeback to the team, their midfield suffered a blow. Klopp cannot afford any more injuries, especially in the midfield as the season reaches its climax.

The same momentum

The Reds have had a very good run of form in the last few games and their hard work is clearly evident with the results. Klopp would definitely want his team to carry with the same momentum and give this season a grand finish. Liverpool have the Europa league and a top four finish to aim for and if this momentum goes on, we might just witness a spectacle towards the end. The strike-force has been clinical off late and the fans would definitely want to see a few more goals in the last few games.
