Liverpool goalkeeper Adam Bogdan is set to complete a move to Wigan Athletic, which will end the player’s short spell at the Anfield. The player’s move out of the Reds will make a space for a new goalkeeper and if reports are to be considered the Reds manager Jurgen Klopp has already set his sights upon a player whom he would like to bring into the Merseyside.
Reports suggest that the manager is looking out to bring in former Arsenal player and current Juventus player Alex Manninger into the squad.
While Bogdan struggled during his time at the Anfield, he did managed a record of big errors, during the matches against Watford and then Exeter City, which makes the player’s move a good decision by the club however bringing in the 39 year old Alex Manninger into the squad, being the right decision is questionable.
While the player has a lot of experience across Europe, he may end up as a back up in the Reds, as Simon Mignolet and Loris Karius are the two players who may be featuring in the first team on a regular basis.
