Liverpool are already done with seven new signings this summer, which includes Joel Matip, Sadio Mane, Marco Gurijic, Lorisd Karius, Ragnar Klavan, Alex Manninger and the latest entry at the Reds being Georginio Wijnaldum.
It has so far been a busy transfer window for the Reds manager Jurgen Klopp this summer and after seven new signings into the squad one may say that it may be time for the Reds to stop bringing in new players however the German manager is not yet finished.
According to the report from Liverpool Echo, the Reds manager may end up adding one last player into the squad, however, which area Klopp will be looking to work in is yet to be known.
Asked whether he was satisfied with the support of FSG, Klopp told the ECHO:
“100%. Absolutely, I’ve been able to do what I wanted.
“There was never a discussion where I had 1% of the feeling I didn’t understand our situation or something. They have been really cool.
“I speak with (FSG president) Mike Gordon regularly and we’re working on different fronts, working here, developing this, bringing together this.
“We’re in a good way. We don’t need to make another three or four signings, maybe one more, maybe not. We have already bought seven players. That’s a big number.”
So far the Anfield is well stocked up with players with only the Premier League to concentrate upon the decision as to who the Reds will be adding in the squad will depend upon who will be leaving the club from the regular first team. It is highly likely that the Reds will be bringing in a replacement for Christian Benteke in the squad this summer.
