Loris Karius and Simon Mignolet could be sold by Liverpool before the end of the transfer window according to the Telegraph.

The pair of goalkeepers has failed to impress at Anfield under Jurgen Klopp and the report claims that the manager is ready to sell the duo.

Karius is attracting interest from Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen while Mignolet is on the radar of Barcelona and Besiktas.

Mignolet has also been withdrawn from the training camp in France while Karius is considering his future after the arrival of Alisson from AS Roma. The Reds are looking to recoup £12m by offloading the former Sunderland keeper.

Karius didn’t cover himself in glory in the Champions League final against Real Madrid where he made a couple of errors. There are fears that he might not recover from the psychological damage done in that match.

While it is a certainty the pair would not be starting for us next season, selling them off is a drastic step. There is not a lot of time left for the transfer window to close and we might probably not be able to bring in another keeper as cover for Alisson.

Klopp reportedly is happy with the performance of youth keepers Kamil Grabara and Caoimhin Kelleher. The pair could play some of the games when Alisson gets a break but should the Brazilian pick up an injury, we would be in deep trouble.

Mignolet leaving the club would not hurt us a lot given that he is 30. However, Karius could be a great No.2 but it seems he might be playing his football in Germany if things fall in place.
