Liverpool don’t have easy opponents in their upcoming Premier League fixture. The Reds travel to the Emirates to face an Arsenal team that have won their previous 11 games before they drew against Crystal Palace.

The Reds are tied at the top of the Premier League table with Manchester City, and we cannot afford any slip-ups if we are to win the league.

Arsenal did play in midweek against Blackpool and have their injury concerns, while we went through the paces at Melwood.

Dejan Lovren and Mohamed Salah should feature in the tie against the Gunners. Salah scored in our last game while he also assisted a pair of goals in the win over Cardiff.

Another player that performed well was Fabinho. The Brazilian started our previous two games and could be in the starting XI when we take on the Gunners on Saturday.

James Milner hasn’t played every minute after the most recent international break, but the Englishman is one of our most consistent performances and could provide some experience in the line-up to face the home side.

Roberto Firmino was also going through the motions in training. The Brazilian didn’t score in the win over Cardiff, but he surely will have a huge role to play for us against Arsenal.

The Gunners have one of the best attacks in the Premier League, and Virgil van Dijk will have to be at his best on Saturday. We have conceded just four Premier League goals so far this season, and the Dutch defender would be interested in keeping another clean sheet.

Xherdan Shaqiri came off the bench to score in the 4-1 win over Cardiff. The Swiss sensation is slowly proving his quality for Liverpool and could do some damage to Arsenal at the weekend.

A couple of other Englishmen who have done well this season are Joe Gomez and Daniel Sturridge. The defender could start as the right-back for Liverpool on Saturday, while Sturridge could come off the bench as an impact sub.

Arsenal vs Liverpool has always been one of the more exciting games in the Premier League, and we are certain there will be goals at the Emirates on Saturday.
