Trent Alexander-Arnold is yet to perform the way he did last season this time around. The Liverpool right-back has started 11 Premier League games but something just doesn’t seem right for the youngster.
The 20-year-old started in a tough clash against Watford and provided one of the top moments of the game with a sumptuous free-kick in the second half.
Liverpool were leading 1-0 at the time and the second goal certainly provided us with a buffer. The Reds ran out 3-0 winners at Vicarage Road and Trent was one of the star performers from the game.
The Reds need all their players to be at their best as we must catch up with Manchester City at the top of the Premier League table.
Liverpool also have a tough game against Paris Saint-Germain coming up, and the goal should provide Alexander-Arnold with a lot of confidence.
The free-kick certainly was worth rewatching and many Liverpool fans congratulated the Englishman for his goal.
