Liverpool face Manchester City on the 3rd of January and the Cityzens will be without the services of Fabian Delph. The Englishman was playing as the left-back for City in their 2-1 loss to Leicester City and earned a straight red card for a rash challenge in the final minute.
The former Aston Villa man will miss three games (h/t Daily Mail), which includes the home clash against the Reds. This would serve as a boost for us as City are without their first-choice left-back too, Benjamin Mendy.
The Frenchman is out with an injury and Pep Guardiola would have to shuffle his side up for the huge game.
There are doubts about the availability of Fernandinho and Vincent Kompany as well when the two sides meet in January.
Liverpool have a seven-point lead over the Cityzens at the moment but that can change as we play a tough Arsenal side at home. The Reds drew with City earlier in the season and were a tad lucky as Riyad Mahrez blasted a late penalty over the bar.

We have to be at our best to get the better of the Cityzens and let’s hope that everything goes well at the Etihad.
