Philippe Coutinho hasn’t made a huge mark at Barcelona since his big-money move from Liverpool. The Brazilian won the La Liga title with the Catalans last season and scored 8 goals and 5 assists, but only has four goals and one assist in the first half of this campaign.
BetVictor (h/t Daily Mail) have placed Liverpool as 6/1 favourites to re-sign Coutinho but the two clubs that are highlighted as suitors are Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain.
The Brazilian has the ability to change things around in an instant and was a hit at Anfield before he decided to jump ship halfway through the previous campaign.
Liverpool have improved since the Brazilian left as we reached the final of the Champions League last time around and lead the Premier League by four points now.
We could do with another quality attacker in the side as we look to pick up silverware under Jurgen Klopp. PSG have another factor that could pull Coutinho and that is Neymar. They are close friends and the Ligue 1 giants have several Brazilians in their ranks now.

Liverpool sold Dominic Solanke in the winter window and it would be incredible for us to sign a big name this month. The Reds don’t have enough cover for Sadio Mane or Mohamed Salah, but we have done pretty well so far.
