Aksam (h/t Liverpool Echo) reports that Galatasaray are interested in Serbian midfielder Marko Grujic.
The Liverpool midfielder spent last season on loan at Hertha Berlin and was one of their best performers.
The 23-year-old suffered a couple of injuries at the Bundesliga club, and the Liverpool Echo
claimed that the Reds want to send Grujic out on loan to a top club.Hull City was another location where Grujic performed well as he helped them reach the Premier League.
The report adds that La Liga giants Atletico Madrid are also keeping tabs on the midfielder with Eintracht Frankfurt and Werder Bremen also interested.
Aksam (h/t Liverpool Echo) adds that Galatasaray have also qualified for the Champions League, and will make a move for Grujic.
The Serbian needs to join a club where he will start games regularly.
Atletico might be a bigger club in a tougher league, however, Grujic could get more games at the Turkish giants.
Liverpool should include some clause in Grujic’s deal to ensure he gets a guaranteed number of games at his next club.
The 23-year-old could have a huge role to play at Liverpool in a couple of years, and it will be another test of his capabilities if he plays at a club participating in the Champions League.
